The Rental Housing Committee approved the May 20, 2026 meeting minutes and unanimously approved two contract renewals for fiscal year 2026-27: Goldfarb & Lipman LLP for legal and litigation services ($250,000 CSFRA, $35,000 MHRSO) and Project Sentinel for administrative and hearing process services ($125,000 CSFRA, $13,000 MHRSO).
